Why is it important to have an employer to get the EB-3 visa and a Green Card?
An employer is the one who files Form I-140, which is an immigration petition. An employer must prove evidence to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office that it will be able to pay our clients the offered wage.
A petition is always submitted by a company in the United States. The company should be really interested in recruiting this foreign specialist, as the employer will be required to participate actively in the visa process. We have established employment agreements with local U.S. companies who will interview you, and if you are a good fit, we will start the paperwork procedure with the appropriate authorities.
Employment opportunities
Home Health Care
Assists persons in need with daily living activities at the person’s home or in a care facility. Duties performed at a place of residence may include keeping house (making beds, doing laundry, washing dishes) and preparing meals. Provides care including transfers, bathing, dressing. Provides medication reminders and general companion care. Monitors overall condition of clients.
Commercial Cleaning
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping or vacuuming them, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Other duties include performing routine maintenance activities and notifying management of need for repairs.
